Insurance, Financing And Payment Information

Many patients rely on dental insurance coverage to help defray the cost of the dental procedures and treatment they require. Dr. Dzialo is committed to helping patients make the most of their dental coverage to the greatest extent possible. We accept most major dental plans and we are participating providers of Delta Dental of RI and Delta USA, Blue Cross Dental of RI and most Blue Cross Dental plans of MA. We will also soon be participating with United Health Dental through employer programs.

Our office typically expects payments on the day of treatment for costs incurred over and above any amount not covered by insurance and we accept Mastercard/Visa, Discover, American Express, debit cards and flex card accounts.

 We also make affordable and interest free financing available to help patients budget their dental procedures through the Care Credit* program.  Care Credit through our office offers up to 24 months interest-free financing and up to 3 months interest-free for amounts as low as even $1.00!  They also offer longer term low-interest financing to suit everyone’s budget.
